These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 365taya platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. Please read this page carefully before using the platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

The 365taya platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of any balances associated with those accounts. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must contact the support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 365taya will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your username and password secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact support without delay.

2. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct

The 365taya platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the Philippines. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the platform's systems, games, or other users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to the appropriate authorities.

You must not use the platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to reselling access, operating a betting syndicate, or using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder. 365taya reserves the right to void any transactions or winnings that are determined to have been generated through prohibited means.

365taya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, or section of the platform at any time without prior notice. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 365taya platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is registered in your own name and that you are authorised to use it. Transactions made using payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's help resources, subject to identity verification requirements. 365taya reserves the right to request supporting documentation beforeprocessing any withdrawal request. Any funds deposited into your 365taya account are intended solely for use on the platform. 365taya does not pay interest on account balances. If your account remains inactive for an extended period, dormancy policies may apply as outlined in the FAQ. All transaction disputes must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the transaction date; claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

4. Promotions, Bonuses, and VIP Programme

From time to time, 365taya may offer promotions, bonuses, or special rewards to registered members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available and take precedence over any general statements about bonuses on the platform.

The VIP programme rewards active members with progressively better benefits as their engagement with the platform increases. Tier advancement is determined automatically based on account activity. 365taya reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or the structure of the VIP programme at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through the platform or by email.

Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or exploiting technical errors to obtain unintended rewards — is strictly prohibited. 365taya reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings obtained through such means and to close the accounts involved. 5. Privacy, Data, and Security

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the 365taya Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
